The IONIC Titan XL Sled is a high-capacity evolution of our renowned Titan Sled, trusted by rescue organisations worldwide. Engineered for demanding rescue operations, it is built from premium Orca® Hypalon, ensuring exceptional durability, performance, and reliability, all backed by a 5-year warranty covering both materials and construction.
Designed to excel in water, mud, and ice rescues, the Titan XL features oversized, high-volume sponsons that deliver superior buoyancy and stability. Its raised bow improves performance in swift-water conditions, helping rescuers operate safely by minimising the risk of water swamping.
Spacious and versatile, the Titan XL is designed to carry two rescuers and one casualty, yet its robust construction can safely accommodate up to eight people when required.
For safety and reliability, the sled is built with three independent air chambers for the sponsons and one for the deck, with interconnecting valves and individual inflation/deflation points. Deployment is fast and flexible and the sled can be inflated using compressed air cylinders via our dedicated Compact Inflation Kit (SAF38038) or with a conventional hand or foot pump capable of reaching operational pressure.
